ROP started the Agricultural Research and Extension Development Program (AGRED) in 2012 to support and build the capacity of the Afghan Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock. This program, called Agriculture Research & Extension Development (AGRED) is a 5 year program with funding up to $66M.
