The Roots of Peace Mural

Roots of Peace recently had the honor of participating in the San Rafael Italian Street Art Festival with some of the most talented street artists in the country. Roots of Peace staff member David Flynn is the incredibly talented artist who created our 8'x8' chalk mural. David's thought process was to create an artwork that portrayed the strength and originality that Roots of Peace possesses. He wanted to convey the challenges in helping those without support, and the creativity that enables our organization to do what we do. Take a look:
